Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancel Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or call. We will do our best to process your request. However, due to our fast order processing speed, we cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests can be fulfilled.
  • Shipped Orders: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you can apply for a return after receiving the product.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refund Timeframe: We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used.
  • Refund Notes:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, a refund cannot be issued.

3. Return Conditions

  • Return Time: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products clearly marked as "Non-Returnable," gift cards, freebies, or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos or videos of the damage in your email. We will provide free return or refund services to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Return Process

  • Obtain Return Address: Based on your location, we will provide the specific return address and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to product issues (e.g., damage or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Delays
